Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms apply to Debt Payoff Allocator ("the app"), published by Shannon's Online Bookkeeping. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. By using the app you agree to both.
An educational tool, not advice
The app gives estimates based on the numbers you enter. It isn't financial, credit, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee any payoff date or savings. Card issuers calculate interest daily, may charge fees and can change your terms.
Your responsibility
Always pay at least each card's minimum by its due date and check amounts against your statements. Marking a card as paid in the app doesn't make a payment. Reminders are a convenience and may not arrive if notifications are turned off or your device is off.
Pro subscription
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year (US prices; local prices may vary).
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Accounts
Cloud backup accounts are optional. Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for decisions you make based on its estimates or for missed payments.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date above and note material changes in the app.
