Do you charge by the hour?
No. Monthly bookkeeping is one flat fee, so you never have to hesitate before asking me a question.
How do I get you my receipts and statements?
Most transactions come in automatically through your bank and credit card connections in QuickBooks Online. For anything else, you can snap photos of receipts in the QuickBooks app or send them to me securely.
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Yes, I keep your books in QuickBooks Online. If you're not using it yet, I can set it up for you.
Do you work with businesses outside Virginia?
Yes. Everything is done online, so I work with small businesses anywhere in the United States.
